Standards & Compliance: Our data centers are SSAE16 Type II certified. SSAE16 certification is the highest security standard required by financial and healthcare clients to meet Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and HIPPA regulation. The SSAE16 audit minimizes the need for multiple sets of auditors to separately examine the same set of controls that govern a third party’s services.
Redundancy: Our datacenters are fed power from different grids and are also equipped with diesel generators with 1000s of kW capacities to provide backup power in case of major power failures. Our racks are further backed up via UPS with N+1 redundancy.
SLAs: Our New York data center provides 99.999+% Power availability, 99.99+% Temperature and Humidity availability along with 99.99+% Cross Connect availability. Our New Jersey data center assures that the backbone & IP Network will be free from errors and interruptions 100.00% of the time, along with guarantees that the average network packet loss, calculated over any five minute period, between any two endpoints on the data center IP Network, will be less than 0.1%.
24 x 7 x 365 Monitoring & Support: All hardware infrastructure, including servers, UPS systems, routers, and switches are regulated round-the-clock. The network operations center constantly monitors connectivity, resource usage, power, and environmental elements.
Connectivity: We are carrier neutral sites and connect directly to the Internet backbone. The premium IP bandwidth blend ensures 100% uptime and seamless connectivity with all other networks.
Security: Access to the data centers is monitored 24 x 7 by trained security staff; visitors must be strictly pre-authorized and physically escorted by data center staff. Entry to the environment is permitted only after biometric authentication along with swipe cards. CCTV surveillance with motion detected recording, coupled with kinetic and key Locks provide maximum-level security. Non-stop coverage, monitoring, and on-demand responses to fire/security alarms are always in a state of readiness.
Cooling: State-of-the-art HVAC evaporative cooling, N+1 redundancy precision-controlled air conditioning to maintain optimum temperatures for mission-critical hardware; virtually dust-free and particle-free computing ambience, with constant controlling of air-quality and humidity.
